Movement Therapy Room
The Movement Therapy Room is a valuable resource for individuals in recovery from medical conditions such as Stroke, MS and Parkinson’s. It also serves as a beneficial space for those recuperating from injuries, illnesses, or experiencing limited movement or strength in their arms and legs

Great centre.
Tennis courts, Astro pitches, room for dancing etc.
Small food shop where you can buy a toasty at lunchtime and grab a tea and coffee or some sweets. Very reasonable priced as well.
Excellent sports facilities in the heart of the community. Plenty of parking and loads of walking and cycling routes nearby with spectacular views.
Well run and a superb asset for the community
Cracking community hub, with plenty of state-of-the-art pitches for football and tennis, a little cafe for a pick me up, there is also a gym, a nail salon and a hairdresser as well.
Also, you can book the function room for parties for all ages and they have a bar as well which comes in handy.
I absolutely love this place. Friendly and helpful with so much to do in one place from playing sports to nails being done. Ideal for everyone
